Shipments to Germany are sent by parcel service DPD. After a lot of experience with other carriers is that, in our opinion, the most reliable.
Shipments to the US are sent by FedEx company.
Shipments to the EU are sent by FedEx company or other courier.

If you receive a package that has damaged packaging, open it in the presence of the carrier and take the best video opening parcels (enough for a mobile phone). If the goods inside are damaged, do not accept the shipment and filed a report with the carrier on the spot.
